1. You have to pay Rs 100/- as PROCESSING FEE at the time of Registration (AFTER BEING SHORT LISTED FOR ANY JOB). (ഏതെങ്കിലും ജോലിക്കായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ശേഷം, രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സമയത്ത് നിങ്ങൾ 100/- രൂപ പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ് ഫീസായി ഓഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കണം).
2. You have to pay Rs 200/- as REGISTRATION FEE at the time of Joining in an EMPLOYMENT. (ഒരു തൊഴിലിൽ ചേരുന്ന സമയത്ത് നിങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഫീസായി 200 രൂപ ഉടനേ നൽകണം).
3. You have to pay 50% of your salary as service charge to INDUS HRD (JOB) CONSULTANCY on completion of first month employment. (ആദ്യ മാസത്തെ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കുമ്പോൾ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ശമ്പളത്തിന്റെ 50% സേവന ചാർജായി INDUS HRD (JOB) കൺസൾട്ടൻസിക്ക് നൽകണം).
4. You have to inform AL-INDUS HR AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES about the interview result as soon as completion of interview. Otherwise, AL-INDUS HR AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES will not consider your Biodata / CV in any of the future interviews.(ഇന്റർവ്യൂ ഫലത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് നിങ്ങൾ INDUS HRD (JOB) കൺസൾട്ടൻസിയെ അറിയിക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ, INDUS HRD (JOB) കൺസൾട്ടൻസി നിങ്ങളുടെ ബയോഡാറ്റ ഭാവി അഭിമുഖങ്ങളിലൊന്നും പരിഗണിക്കില്ല).

8. You have to be well disciplined, sincere and devoted while carrying out your official responsibilities. (നിങ്ങളുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ നല്ല അച്ചടക്കവും ആത്മാർത്ഥതയും അർപ്പണബോധവും ഉള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം).

Our Customers/Job seekers are then provided with the option to directly contact the business organizations of their choice. The Fee for the service will be collected from the Customers/Job seekers on Registration with AL-INDUS HR AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES which will be valid for 1 Year from the date of Registration.
We enable our Employers or Job Providers the facility to advertise their vacancies on our website so that it will be displayed to our Users so that they will directly contact you offer themselves as candidates or to provide candidates. This facility is free of cost except all Employers.
Please make sure the data you update is correct. There will be no refund after payment. We only provide Job Vacancy Updates. If any issue regarding payment arises due to any technical error, we will refund the amount within 90 working days. There is no guarantee regarding the authenticity of the Job Vacancy, and there is no guarantee by AAL-INDUS HR AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES that the user shall be given a confirmed job appointment and there is no guarantee regarding the minimum number of job vacancy updates.
