Contract Staffing

Contract staffing is also known as temporary staffing or contingent staffing. It refers to a workforce arrangement wherein an individual is employed by a staffing agency or a third-party organization and then assigned to work on a temporary or project-based basis for a client company.


A contract employee is hired for a specific job at a specific rate of pay work under contract for an employer. A contract employee does not become a regular addition to the staff and is not considered as a permanent employee.


Contract employee, works on a specific project or task for a set fee and period of time. Contract employees are typically experts with skills or experience that the company's internal employees don't have.
