Dear friends,
Myself
M.Thajudeen, born in Muthalamada Village, Govindapuram on 24.5.1962.
Completed my school education in GHSS Muthalamada, then Pre-Degree in NSS College Nemmara,
Palakkad District,Kerala State.
Then I done a One-year technical course in Govt ITI, Malampuzha in Palakkad District.
Afterwards, I went to Chennai and worked as Store in-charge in Venkateswara Electricals Pvt Ltd, who are manufacturer of transformers for supplying Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB).
From there, i got selection in Indian Army, Corps of Signals and i served various places in India after my Training at Jabalpur (M.P). I completed my Graduation during this period. On completion of 16 years of service to the Nation, i took volunteer Retirement from DEFENCE SERVICES and came to native place in Palakkad, Kerala.
That time I found so many people are jobless and searching the same. By keeping my experience which, I acquired in INDIAN ARMY, Manufacturing company and other office administration, I decided to start an Employment Consultancy to serve mankind during the year 1999 -2000.
Initially I struggled very much for establishing this firm to create Goodwill among Employers and Job seekers.
With frequent Market Studies, Hard work, Strong Dedication, patience, Client/Customer Dealings, I build good relationship with Employers and Job seekers.
During this tenure, Myself got a chance to Act as District General Secretary in Human Rights Mission and District President of All Kerala Employment Owners Association. During this period Our AL-INDUS HR AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Formerly known as (INDUS HRD(JOB) CONSULTANCY) got BEST PLACEMENT AWARD in Kerala.
Now we completed 24 years of our journey to serve people for getting their dream jobs by the Grace of God Almighty.
Since then, our Experienced team helps thousands of people to get their dream jobs in and around Kerala and other States.
